I've been accepted to the American University in Cairo and in exactly 5 days I'll be leaving for Egypt! I 'll leave home at approximatley 9 a.m. for my 12:00 flight out of Cleveland. I'll arrive at the JFK airport in New York City at 2 p.m. and settle down for a four hour layaway! Ahhhh! Then I'll fly out of JFK straight to Egypt to arrive at 12 p.m. on Sunday the 21st. I wish I could sign up for class registration when I get there but the campus will be closed because of the Islamic New Year. Oh well. I don't know who my roommate is(are) but I signed up for a quad and I'm suppose to get an email telling me where I'm living soon. I hope I'm in the dorms (Zamalek) but an apartment wouldn't be too bad. At least I'd have like 10 friends instantly! I can't wait!
